CANCELLED: Speaker Series Coming to the Grog Shop

Editor’s note: Monday’s “Pitch Talks” event has been cancelled, according to the group’s Facebook page. No reason was given for the change nor was any announcement made about a rescheduled date in the future.

A speaker series that brings top baseball media to bars and clubs across North America is coming to the Grog Shop in Cleveland on Monday, April 24.

Pitch Talks will feature Jordan Bastian of MLB media, Paul Hoynes and Zack Meisel of Cleveland.com, Travis Sawchik of The Athletic and Mike James of the Defend Clevleand Radio Show.

Doors open at 7:30 for the program, which starts at 8:30. Pitch talks is part of a series making stops in various Major League cities in America, and producer Homestand Sports Network also features Puck Talks on Hockey and Hoop Talks on Basketball.
