Detroit Continues to Maul Tribe; Tigers 8, Indians 5

The Indians rallied from an early 3-0 deficit to tie the Tigers, but Detroit countered with four in the fourth off Tribe starter Trevor Bauer for an 8-5 win.

Jason Kipnis had a two-run double and Michael Brantley followed with an RBI single to tie it in the third, but Miguel Cabrera drew an RBI, bases-loaded walk, Victor Martinez had a two-run single and Yoenis Cespedes followed with a sac fly.

David Murphy hit a pinch-hit homer in the eighth, his third pinch-hit homer this season. Roberto Perez added a homer of his own in the ninth.
