Bauer Cruises and Santana Bombs Tribe to Win; Indians 6, Cubs 0

The Indians beat the Cubs, 6-0, on Tuesday, behind big nights from Carlos Santana, Trevor Bauer and Francisco Lindor.

Santana hit a three-run homer in the third and later had an RBI double, while Francisco Lindor had two hits, an RBI, a run and a stolen base. (That marked his first big-league multi-hit game, RBI, run and steal.)

Bauer, meanwhile, pitched seven strong innings, striking out seven and retiring the final nine batters he faced. Bauer also recorded his first hit, a sharp single in the fifth.
