Free agent pitcher Kevin Millwood signs a one-year contract with the Cleveland Indians. The 30-year old starter missed nearly all of the last two months this past season with the Philadelphia Phillies due to acute tendonitis in his right elbow. Millwood bounces back strong for the Tribe as he leads the league with a 2.86 ERA.
