On this date in Nagua, Maria Trinidad Sanchez, Dominican Republic current Indians pitcher Ubaldo Jiménez is born. Jiménez was traded to Cleveland from Colorado on July 30, 2011 for Joseph Gardner, Matt McBride, Alex White and Drew Pomeranz. He turns 27 today.
